Lots of different places exist now that connect UGC creators to different brands. It’s super simple - all you need is a good job posting and solid funnel to vet applicants. Here’s an example of our posting:

Some of these questions will have to be answered in an interview, which I recommend setting up for anyone before you bring them on. This allows them to understand who they’re working with and also sets a good precedent that the work they are doing is serious - and not just another half-baked side gig.
