GOAL: Multiply your winning strategy for maximum results

Once you find the strategy and format that not only gets views but actually converts to downloads, double down with more creators through an UGC campaign.
One big thing to note is that creators are amazing at following direction, not creating strategy. They’ll execute what you give them, but don’t expect them to figure out what works.
That’s why it’s critical to dial in your growth strategy in-house before spending on creators.
We’ve used this strategy time and time again for campaigns at Playkit, generating results like:

This was a 10 creator campaign over 4 weeks, tracked by ugctrackr.com. This software will help you manage creators, track performance overtime and iterate on videos.

We recommend starting with 10 creators, testing for 4 weeks at a time. Each creator should post 15x/week. Within this batch, you can A/B test different messaging points, formats, etc. Evaluate content daily and look at creator performance on a weekly basis to determine if you need to make any swaps.
Next, we’ll go over how to actually secure creators and successfully run a UGC campaign at scale.
