Before you scale with multiple creators, you’ll want to find 1-2 who you really trust. These will serve as your lead creators who will help dictate strategy, set examples for others, and can even help manage.

You’ll know someone has what it takes to be a “lead” when they follow directions clearly, are innovative by themselves, are excited about your product, and clearly have a hunger to work more. This “lead” role is entirely optional - but if you set it up right, it’ll make scaling a whole lot easier

Allow your lead creator to be your rock as you grow. They should continue to make content that converts to downloads which can serve as training for newer creators. When you’re ready, you can source new creators through a few different ways.

Tip: When finding new creators you not only want them to be good at making content, but you want them to fit within your target demo. The more they look like the people you’re trying to reach, the better videos will perform and convert
